This is absolutely fascinating and fabulous! Wonderful to watch all the steps, the many, many steps, and the labor involved. And then, the feast -- using all parts of the rice (love using the caked on rice like a tortilla). A wonderful meditation, and I thank you for sharing it. A meditation also on gratitude, simplicity and beauty. Family and community.
