    The sun video is mesmerizing! Wow. Such forces in the cosmos.

    And I really needed that song by Mavis Staples today. It's hard not to feel alone these days, and yet we are not.

    I found this out on Wednesday when a team of people took care of me after I had a small stroke. So grateful to all of them.
