LOOKING WEST TOWARD SNOWSTORM ON STEVEN'S PASS
Traveling to Chelan County near Plain in Eastern Washington for me was like traveling back in time to the landscape of my childhood in Northern California in the 1950s. The sky was deep blue, the dry air was filled with the fragrance of pine trees. I loved seeing quail again.

Beautiful photograph, am. You capture the storm on the horizon. We have California Quail here fairly often. I scatter seed for them near the bird feeders. I love their little families.
