Hiroshima Day and Jacob Lawrence and the first sitting U.S. president to visit Hiroshima (2016) and Soh Horie's story

When I watched a documentary on John Lewis, I saw that he and his wife lived with art work by Jacob Lawrence.

Thank you. Hiroshima and Nagasaki Day are the first memorial dates I started to honour when I was a school kid.

I miss Obama too. And Jacob Lawrence. I had the privilege of interviewing him years ago. A generous spirit and a genuinely important artist. Thanks for spotting that image and reminding us!
