I love the symbolism of trees, even though I seldom include trees i my own photographs.

Looks a lot like those big oak trees I see when I'm visiting Santa Rosa coastal areas.

Loren -- One of my vivid memories of your blog is when you posted some photos in a forest (part of Nisqually?) and left the format large so that the tall trees could be seen only by scrolling. It is true that I am also fond of the twisty oak trees in Southern Oregon and California. And eucalyptus trees. And redwoods. I can only think of one other time that I painted a single tree, though.
