When I click on "Sign In" at the upper right, Blogger takes me to the page that has Posts, Stats, Comments, etc. I wanted to add a blog to my blog list, but I can't do it

click on the little tool icon lower right of your blog list. window will pop up, clist on 'add to list'. another window will pop up with two choices...'add by URL' and 'blogs I'm following'. I always add by url and paste the address of the blog I want to add into the space, click 'add;. that window will close. click on 'save' and then refresh your blog and it should be on your list.

The problem is that the little tool icon to the lower right of my blog list has disappeared. All of the little tool icons have disappeared from the right sidebar.

Although I seem to be able to do everything else within my blog, it continues to say "Sign In" at the upper right hand corner of my blog each time I try to sign in. At some level, I am not "signed in."

I'm waiting for Blogger to respond to my request for help (-:

Try moving your screen over to the left. The icon on mine is always hidden on the far right.

Birdie -- I can see everything that I can usually see except for the little tool icon that lets me edit items on right sidebar. Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

Does my blog look different in any way to any of you?

When I look at it, there are wide white spaces to each side of the body of my blog and the thin dark blue line at the top of the blog no longer has the words "Next Blog" on it.
